Boost Your Sales
Local merchants can get a head start on Christmas Sales and have a vendor table with a modest donation to festival based on actual sales. This is a captive audience, so sales should be good.
80% of our festival attendees are from out of state, so purchases will need to fit in luggage.
No perishable items, food or beverage vendors. Sorry, we cannot accept outside food and beverage vendors on hotel grounds.
Vendors will need to man their own tables for Friday and Saturday from at 10am through dinner time.
Electricity and WiFi will be provided.

Vendor Terms
Vendor tables will need to be setup and manned from Friday, 10am through dinner time and Saturday, 10am through dinner time.
Set up times: Thursday 7-9pm, Friday 7-10am
Take down times: Saturday 9-11pm, Sunday 8am - 5pm
We do not charge a set fee for vendor tables. We do ask that you make a donation to the festival as a small percentage of your sales from the weekend.
