All Sales are Final 

Suncoast Jazz Festival and Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc, a Florida Not-for-Profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, issues no refunds, exchanges, vouchers, or credit for tickets purchased. In the event the Suncoast Jazz Festival is cancelled, or experiences change of dates, times, location, or venues, you may be notified for proceedings that alter this policy. Suncoast Jazz Festival and Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc, reserves the sole right to determine action to alter this policy. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the terms of this sale.

Gifts

In the event you cannot use your purchased tickets, you may sell or gift them to another party.  Please advise us so we can update your order with the new attending party's information by emailing us.
