Suncoast Jazz Festival and Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc, a Florida Not-for-Profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, issues no refunds, exchanges, vouchers, or credit for tickets purchased. In the event the Suncoast Jazz Festival is cancelled, or experiences change of dates, times, location, or venues, you may be notified for proceedings that alter this policy. Suncoast Jazz Festival and Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc, reserves the sole right to determine action to alter this policy.

Attendee Recordings

The Suncoast Jazz Festival is a public event and Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc. reserves the right to obtain recordings such as photography, video, and audio of all participants and attendees during the event and use those recordings such as images, videos, and audio for marketing, advertising, journalistic, display, viewing, and listening purposes. Suncoast Jazz Festival and Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc, reserves the sole right to determine action to alter this policy.

Gifts

In the event you cannot use your purchased tickets, you may sell or gift them to another party.  Please advise us so we can update your order with the new attending party's information by emailing us.
