Cláudio Infante
Cláudio Infante is a Brazilian drummer and percussionist with over four decades of experience in the music industry. Born in Rio de Janeiro, he discovered his passion for rhythm at the age of seven and was already touring professionally by ten with the group Agora.
Throughout his career, Cláudio has collaborated with some of the most iconic names in Brazilian and international music, including Djavan, Ivan Lins, Marisa Monte, Ed Motta, B.B. King, Billy Cobham, Trilok Gurtu, and Sheila E.
As a solo artist, he has released two critically acclaimed albums: 'Infante' (1997) and 'Tempo' (2006), showcasing his unique blend of Brazilian rhythms with jazz and world music influences.
